During the more than 40 years I spent serving in leadership roles with Procter & Gamble and Walmart, I made a career out of leveraging technology to solve big business problems.

As I’ve looked for ways to give back to a business community that has been so good to me through the years, I’ve been excited to lead the On Shelf Availability group with Conversations on Retail, and to launch this site, which serves as a gathering place and resource center to support the industry in tackling one of our most persistent problems.

Specializing in technologies and processes that measure and fix OSA (including Algorithms, Shelf Scanning Robots, Store Audits, and RFID), I spend the bulks of my time working with people and teams interested in help with:

  • On Shelf Availability – How to measure and deploy resources to fix
  • Algorithm solutions to identify OSA issues with high-velocity categories
  • Shelf scanning robot solutions for retailers to identify Out of stock, pricing, and incorrect item issues
  • RFID – 20+ years of experience with RFID in the Retail supply chain
  • In store audits – Data capture of OSA issues
